Petty was ordered to serve up to 120 days or four months under house arrest for breaching the terms of his three-year probation following a deleted video threatening the Migos rapper, according to a court order filed on Wednesday.

Cardi, who recently shared that she was taking a break from social media, did not miss the chance to make her thoughts known on the latest turn of events.

The “Bongos” hitmaker’s captioned retweet was seemingly in response to clarification that neither herself nor Offset had anything to do with Petty’s legal restriction.
