The 7th staging of the Sterling Gospel Music Awards, scheduled for Saturday, October 7 at the Swallowfield Chapel in St Andrew will see Jamaica Youth For Christ, JYFC receiving one of 7 KFC Big Deal awards.

Basillia Barnaby Cuff, organiser of the Sterling Gospel Music Awards made the announcement, Thursday, September 21, that this year’s KFC Big Deal Award for Excellence will be given to sound engineers and sound providers.

JYFC falls in the category of sound provider and for over 75 years, they have served and continue to serve Christians and non-Christians in many ways – one such is providing good sound to small, medium, and large events.

The JYFC Head Office is beaming with joy after the news that they will be honoured for one of the many things they have done and continue to do selflessly.

The sound crew is thankful for Sterling’s salute of their work in and throughout the gospel community and corporate Jamaica.
