Dancehall superstar Sean Paul’s status as an international classics hitmaker was reaffirmed after his 2003 smash collaboration with Beyonce- “Baby Boy” was ranked among Billboard’s Top 100 songs of the 21st Century.

The track was ranked as the 96th most stand-out release over the time on the list, which was unveiled on Friday.

“Baby Boy”, which was among the lead singles on Beyoncé’s debut project- “Dangerously In Love”, was an instant hit among fans and critics, shooting atop the Hot 100 singles chart that year.

The “collab” which was also included on the re-issue of Sean Paul’s critically acclaimed Dutty Rock album, has also earned platinum status in several territories such as the US, UK and Australia.

The feat was Sean Paul’s second top 100 Billboard ranking in three days after being listed at 88 among Billboard’s Artistes of the 21st Century on Wednesday.
