Reggae Girlz Defender Allyson Swaby signs for WSL team Crystal Palace

World-rated defender Allyson Swaby will become the latest Reggae Girl to play in the Women’s Super League (WSL) in England after completing her move from Serie A giants AC Milan to London-based team Crystal Palace.

Swaby’s move was officially confirmed by ‘Palace’ via a joint social media on Monday.

Swaby, who vice-captained in the Women’s World Cup, will now play against fellow compatriots such as Newcastle United striker- Shania Hayles, Tottenham Hotspurs midfielder Drew Spencer and the Talimansic forward Khadijah “Bunny” Shaw of Manchester City.

Swaby could feature for the “Eagles” as early as Sunday when they travel away to face Brighton Hove and Albion.
