The music video for Masicka’s highly anticipated “Whites” remix featuring rap star French Montana could be released in short order after a February 26 premiere date was hinted on Thursday night.
The video premiere was hinted at in a joint post between Dancehall and Rap stars as well as the iconic creative direction collective- “Now Or Never“, who previously curated the visual for the original hit single.
Fans were clued into a release date in the caption of the post of the behind-the-scenes clips, which cleverly showed 26/2
The original track released in October, has remained a must-play top trending single in essentially every dancehall playlist and has also steadily grown as an emerging international hit, pulling over 11 million streams on Youtube.
The remix, which is expected to be Masicka’s second official solo drop following his chart-topping “Who Fi Stop We” of 2025, enhances overwhelming anticipation of his upcoming album, which is expected to be released this year.
The project which Masicka described as his best yet, was delayed from its original 2024 release.
