“Africa we pulling up”- Rihanna announces Fenty cosmetics is coming to the motherland

“Africa we pulling up” that was the message from the Fenty boss Rihanna following the announced incoming availability of cosmetics line Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin to the continent on Tuesday.

RiRi took to Twitter to share the news with fans of the line.

“I’ve been waiting for this moment!” she wrote, which captioned photos showing off how some Fenty products look like on her face.

“@fentybeauty & @fentyskin are finally dropping in AFRICA!!! Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe…we comin at ya May 27th and that’s just the beginning!!!”.

Official Instagram accounts of Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin also shared the news in a joint post: “The wait is finally OVA!!!” the statement read.

“AFRICA – we pullin up!” the message continued.

“Who ready?! We’ve been working hard to make this happen! We’ll be available in Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Namibia, Botswana, Ghana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe local retailers starting MAY 27!” they added.

The cosmetics line formed in 2017 by Pop star Rihanna which was said to target skin tones of all kind has exploded with instant success of its launch as one of the major cash cows under the Fenty brand.

The line has been available in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden since its inception and gradually expanded globally to more places such as: Australia, Singapore Thailand, Malaysia and the Middle East.

Now its shifting its attention to what could be potentially its biggest market of consumption, the African continent.
