The video, which has been on the chart bubble over the past week, officially rose to the summit on Monday as one of several major shuffles among the top placings on the weekend.

The resurgence of the track’s global popularity coincides with a handful of recent releases, such as “Tek A Gyal” and “Blanco” by the “Vendetta Boss”, which underlines fans’ strong appetite for his music.

“Nah Lef E Game”, which speaks about Akaline’s pertinent presence in music as a dancehall juggernaut despite attempts to overshadow his status, was declared a hit following its release in February, racking upwards of 5.8 million streams on YouTube.
