Reggae Star Chronixx has seemingly signalled a highly anticipated return from a musical hiatus following a cryptic post on Wednesday.
The rare social post, which is one of two currently on his IG, was furnished with the layered texts saying “Provenance… London”, completed with an August date at the image.
The out of context post was further showed alignment to the UK city in the caption “London…..love is on the mountain”.
It remains unclear if the post is connected to an upcoming performance or a teaser for an actual music project.
The latter seems more likely, given no apparent recent advertised events with the Reggae star among the headline acts on that date.
The update comes weeks after a clip showing Chronixx on what appeared to be the set of a music video shoot in Jamaica circulated online.
The Grammy-nominated artist, who has become an increasingly reclusive figure over the past four years, made a surprise appearance on the island with his last visit coming in March at Jo Mersa’s birthday memorial show.
This comes a month his surprise performance in Kingston at Skyline levels unplugged.
