Fifty-four-year-old Andrew Richards of Blissett Avenue, Kingston 20 has been missing since Saturday, September 4.

He is of dark complexion, slim build and about 188 centimetres ( 6 feet 2 inches) tall.

Reports from the Admiral Town Police are that about 4:00 pm, Richards was last seen at the Kingston Public Hospital wearing a white T-shirt, navy blue shorts and a pair of black sneakers. He has not been heard from since.
