US rap star BIA is showing her affinity for the Jamaican culture after sampling viral Jamaican sensation Rosie on her track titled “Four Seasons” from her latest EP- “Really Her.”

The 1:39 seconds song starts with the “Whole Lotta Money” hitmaker rapping in her usual raspy flow before segueing into an edited version of Rosie’s animated interview in 2013 about being flooded out following heavy rains.

The song turns into a reggaeton bop, with Rosie repeating “Everyting” as the song’s hook for the last few seconds as first reported by World Music Views.

Rosie, born Bridgette Bailey, rose to notoriety as ‘Tutty Gran Rosie’ or “Call Di Contracta” following her expressive recollection of flooding in her community during a news report.

In the now infamous video, Rosie demanded justice and alleged that her Sunlight Street, Kingston 13 house was flooded due to faulty work by a contractor.

Bia also sampled veteran Dancehall star Red Red’s “Tight Up Skirt” on her single called ‘Oh No’, which is also part of the EP.
