Caribbean Football Queenpins, the Reggae Girlz, have added another major fixture to their 2025 calendar. They’re set to line up against 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup finalists England in what is expected to be an epic friendly on June 29 at the King Power Stadium, Leicester, London.

The Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) confirmed the fixture via a press release on Wednesday.

Head Coach of the Reggae Girlz Hubert Busby reacted to the announcement.

“We look forward to this match against England at the end of June. I know our passionate
diaspora in the Midlands and throughout the UK will be excited to support our team in person.
This match serves as another crucial test heading into qualifiers later in the year.”

The game will be the second major fixture for the Jamaicans in the month as they’re also set to face many-time Champions and CONCACAF rivals USA on June 3 in St Louis, Missouri.

The kick-off for England vs Jamaica game is scheduled for 11:00 am Jamaica time.

England will be using their fixture as part of the preparation for the 2025 European Championship campaign in July.

Jamaica will be using both games as crucial preparation for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers, which begin in October.
