International music star Shenseea underlines her global pull after winning the Best Caribbean Music Act Award at the 2025 Music of Black Origins (MOBO) Awards on Tuesday.

The “Hit & Run” hitmaker emerged top against a strong lineup, which included the likes of Popcaan, YG Marley,Spice, Valiant and Skillibeng.

it was Shenseea’s second win in the category after previously taking home in 2011 honour under its former name “Best Reggae Act award”.

Dancehall Worl Boss Vybz Kartel, who is currently in the UK, will also be a recipient after being named 2025 Impact Honouree for his work and contribution to music.
