Social media was sent into a frenzy of curiosity about the maternal status of Reggae star Koffee following a now-viral tweet that made reference to a”Koffee” giving birth.

The seemingly innocuous tweet, posted on Thursday, eventually escalated to viral status on Friday afternoon. Despite the post being unclear about who or what it was about, several users rushed to the singer’s page commenting about the reference.

While several expressed genuine shock and curiosity about the unsubstantiated reference, others found humour in the reactions the vague tweet gained, which remained unspecific.

A very unpregnant-looking Koffee, who recently performed in the UK at the “Reggae Land Festival” in August, is yet to publicly react to the online furore.
