The police have confirmed that a superintendent of corrections was found hanging at a house in Beverly Hills, St Andrew this morning.

He is Leroy Fairweather.

Investigators are now at the scene.

The police say that information at this hour is sketchy but a probe has been launched into the incident.

The St Andrew Central police are investigating.
