As the US and the world continue to brace for the impending controversial return of President-elect Donald Trump, one cruise company is capitalising on the unease of many by offering a four-year voyage for persons seeking “escape” during the upcoming Presidential term.

A Florida-based cruise company named Tour La Vie is offering disgruntled US voters the chance to explore outside its borders by travelling the world during Trump’s upcoming tenure, which begins in January.

The news comes amidst reports of several celebrities and influential personalities expressing a desire to leave the country following the recent election results.

According to reports, a release by The “Tour La Vie” offers four tiers, not so subtly marketed at Democrat supporters:

  • One-Year Escape from Reality
  • Two-Year Mid-Term Selection
  • Three-Year Everywhere but Home
  • Four-Year Skip Forward.

“It’s not really a political campaign at all… it just happened that Trump won, and there are more Democrats that are unhappy living in the US now than Republicans,” said the company’s founder and CEO Mikael Petterson.
