The highly anticipated release of Popcaan’s collaboration with rapper Fivio Foreign, titled “Tequilla Shot,” was made more exciting with the special appearance of Vybz Kartel on the track.

The single, which was initially teased as a joint project between “Poppy” and Fivio, left fans pleasantly surprised with the addition of the “Worl Boss” to the record.

The official drop comes two months after the New York drill rapper visited the island for Popcaan’s birthday celebrations, during which they also shot the video for the single.

‘Tequila Shot’ has already broken into the top 39 most streamed songs on YouTube, amassing over 92,000 views in its first 14 hours.

The song is also the second collaboration in two months between Kartel and Popcaan following the release of “Dull Colour” in August, which was their first track together since Kartel’s incarceration in 2011.
