One of Carnival In Jamaica’s fastest-growing and most exciting bands, “Yard Mas Carnival” further underlined its compelling creative capture of culture following Sunday’s unveiling of its “Land We Love”– themed costumes.

The alluring unveiling, which ‘premiered’ inside the Palace Multiplex at Sovereign Mall in St Andrew, perfectly complimented the movie feel attendees experienced at the virtual launch.

This year’s campaign featured six amazing designs which represent various culturally significant elements from the alluring, diverse, rich heritage of the Caribbean island paradise that is Jamaica.

From Fauna to Folk to Entertainment was on show by six amazing designers, including two from regional neighbours Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados, underscoring not only the regional unity but also the international allure of Yard Mas continues to attract each year.

Designs

Speaking on the integrational Managing director of Yard Mas Carnival, Andrew Bellamy shared the inspiration behind the patriotic theme this year.

While the event was intended to be a virtual launch attendees at the special launch were treated to a special in-person preview of the sets to much delight and excitement of their approval of the designs inside the theatre.

Already massive anticipation for this season’s costumes has further swelled following Sunday’s unveiling, with the site set to go live on Tonight.
