Jamaica’s World U-20 Triple Jump record holder Jaydon Hibbert is set to join Double Olympic sprint Champion Elaine Thompson-Herah at the USATF Bermuda Grand Prix on Sunday, April 28.

Hibbert who is set to open his outdoor season confirmed his participation at the Grand Prix via his social media on Monday.

The meet will be the first official competition for the 2023 Bowerman Award winner since going pro in January.

Hibbert’s inclusion further raises the profile of the Grand Prix, with Thompson-Herah and USA’s 200m World Champion and Olympic champion Noah Lyles among the reported headliners set to grace the track.
